We all know that the holidays tend to be a time of overeating, over indulgence, and LOTS of eating things we "shouldn't."
I am no exception to this!! I love giant holiday meals just as much as the next person.
But eating big meals and over indulging, doesn't necessarily mean it all has to be unhealthy.
In fact, I've pulled together some of my favourite recipes from different sources that can help you stay on track this holiday season.
This means eating amazing, delicious meals that are still full of healing, whole foods. This means eating desserts that you can feel good about, and that are still nourishing to your body.
This means still eating an amazing meal, and not worrying about the bloat! (although pant loosening might still be in effect...)
I want you all to enjoy yourself and your meals this holidau. AND to do it with foods that can showcase tasty and satisfying healthy eating can be.
Without further ado - here is my holiday recipe roundup for 2021.

I know Brussels sprouts can be hit or miss, but we love them in my house!
Added note: replace the olive oil with avocado oil in this recipe for high heat roasting.

Charcuterie boards literally have something for everyone! Always a great solution for snacks and appetizers.
